Who we are

This website is run by eSolution Hub Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 12378538), registered office 70 Drummond Drive, Stanmore, HA7 3PE. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us about privacy at hello@esolutionhub.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through our contact form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your message.

Our web hosting provider automatically keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it and our lawful basis

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. If you become a client, we use your details to deliver our services under our contract with you.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we never sell or share them for others' marketing.

Who we share it with

Your details are shared only with our own staff and with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host and email provider, under contracts that protect your data.

Some of our team work from our office in Lahore, Pakistan. Where your data is accessed from outside the UK, we protect it with the safeguards required by UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we keep enquiry details for up to 24 months and then delete them. Client records are kept for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet legal and accounting requirements, normally six years after the end of the contract.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email hello@esolutionhub.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, although we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
