A standard Odoo implementation with 3 to 5 modules and up to 30 users usually goes live in 6 to 10 weeks. Larger multi-company or custom projects can take 12 to 20 weeks. Your quote includes a detailed timeline.
Yes. Well-defined projects are quoted at a fixed price after discovery. Where requirements are likely to change, we work in two week sprints so you keep full control of spend.
Almost always. We integrate with most major platforms and can work alongside what you already use rather than replacing everything. If we find a limitation during discovery, we will tell you.
Every project includes a 30 day warranty covering bug fixes at no charge. After that, we offer support plans covering monitoring, updates, security patches and development time, quoted to suit your system.
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA or use our standard mutual NDA before any detailed discussion.
You do. On final payment, all custom code, designs and documentation are transferred to you, along with a record of any open-source components used.
Fixed-price projects are usually invoiced 30% upfront, 40% at an agreed midpoint and 30% on delivery. Ongoing work is invoiced monthly. We accept bank transfer and card payments.
